These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GYM QR website (gym-qr.com) and the GYM QR web application (together, the “Service”), operated by INTELAGENCIA LTD (“GYM QR”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You may use the Service to scan QR codes, log workout sessions, and (if you create an account) view your history. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.

Accounts

You can use core logging features without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Gyms and QR codes

Gyms that register may generate, print, and display GYM QR codes on their equipment. You are responsible for how you deploy the codes within your premises and for complying with applicable laws and your own member agreements.

Your content

You retain ownership of the workout data you enter. You grant us the permissions needed to store and process that data so we can provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and pricing

The Service offers free and paid plans. Pricing, features, and any promotional terms are described on our pricing materials and may change. Where you subscribe to a paid plan, the terms presented at sign-up apply.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content (other than your own data), belongs to INTELAGENCIA LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GYM QR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
