This policy explains what gym-qr.com stores on your device, why, and how you can control it. It covers this marketing website only. The GYM QR application at app.gym-qr.com has its own, separate policy.
Who we are
This site is operated by INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15667932, with its registered office at Highdown House, 11 Highdown Road, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England, CV31 1XT. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller under reference ZC160001. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
The two kinds of storage we use
Cookies are small text files your browser stores and sends back to a server with each request. Local storage is a browser feature that keeps data on your device only. Local storage is never sent to us automatically, it is read by code running in your own browser.
Cookies
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to function and are set without consent, as permitted under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

Analytics
We set no analytics cookies. That is not a turn of phrase, there are none in the list above because there are none at all.
We measure how the site is used with Umami, which we host on our own server. Umami sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, does not build a profile of you, and does not hand your data to an advertising company. It counts page views and events in aggregate.
We previously used Google Analytics. We removed it in July 2026 because it set cookies that required your consent, and we would rather not have to ask than ask and track you anyway. If we ever reintroduce anything that needs consent, we will ask you first and update this page.
Local storage
The following are stored on your device by your browser. None of it is transmitted to us automatically, and all of it is cleared when you clear your browser data for this site.

What we do not do
We do not use cookies for advertising, we do not sell your data, we do not run advertising or social media pixels, we do not use third-party analytics, and we do not use cookies to build a marketing profile of you.
Because the only cookie we set is strictly necessary, we do not need to ask you for cookie consent, which is why you are not being interrupted by a banner.
How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you clear cookies and site data, block third-party cookies, or block all cookies for a specific site. Blocking our access-code cookie will mean the pre-launch site stops remembering you and shows the holding page again.
To clear the local storage listed above, clear site data for gym-qr.com in your browser settings. Private browsing mode discards all of it when you close the window.
Changes to this policy
If we add or remove anything that stores data on your device, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
